RepairNowUSA Customer Care

Tell us what happened.

We don't just connect you and disappear. If a connection or service experience went wrong, come back here. You get a case reference, and reviewed patterns can change who receives future RepairNowUSA referrals.

  • We record it.Your report is kept for review and receives an RNCARE case reference.
  • We don't decide the dispute.Price, workmanship, warranty, damage, and payment stay between you and the independent provider.
  • We can change future routing. When a provider can be identified, RN can stop sending your future requests back to them.

File a Customer Care report

Stick to what you personally observed. Your report can affect whether that provider continues to receive RepairNowUSA referrals.

What happened

This is a routing preference, not a finding that the provider did anything wrong.

Type RN in this box.

Do not include payment-card numbers, passwords, medical information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

The Customer Care promise

The connection is not the end of listening. These are the commitments behind this page.

Controlled connections

RN is designed to avoid flooding you with competing provider contacts. Routing should follow fit and availability.

Clear identity

Independent providers do the work. They set scope, price, schedule, warranties, and service terms.

A path back

A poor connection or service experience can be reported here instead of ending when the call is transferred.

Provider accountability

Documented complaints, missed responses, and recurring service issues may affect referral status.

Fair treatment of good providers

RN favors real repair opportunities and avoids junk, duplicate, or needlessly competitive leads when routing is under RN control.

A record, not a lost conversation

Reports get a case reference and stay on file so a pattern can be seen across more than one conversation.

How provider status works

When RN can identify the individual provider, quality action stays at that level. A problem with one plumber should not automatically remove an entire network.

Preferred

Strong response, reliability, and customer-experience history. Preferred status is earned, not purchased.

Standard

Eligible for normal routing, with no material unresolved quality pattern.

Review

Repeated or significant concerns. Routing may be reduced while the facts are reviewed.

Suspended

No new RN referrals to that provider, when RN can identify and suppress that provider.

A single complaint does not automatically prove wrongdoing or remove a provider. RN reviews patterns, severity, available evidence, provider responses, and routing data. Serious safety, fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation concerns may justify immediate suspension while they are reviewed.

Routing follows the customer outcome

RepairNowUSA's routing standard is the best expected outcome from the information actually available: service fit, ZIP coverage, availability, answer rate, response reliability, complaint history, customer feedback, provider status, and economics. A higher payout by itself should not outweigh a materially worse customer experience.

If a network does not identify the individual provider, RN may have to act at the network, campaign, or buyer-route level until that provider can be identified.

Customer Care questions

Does filing a report mean RepairNowUSA guarantees the provider's work?

No. RepairNowUSA remains a referral and connection service. The provider controls the repair transaction. The Customer Care process gives RN information it can use to review the connection and future referral eligibility.

Will one bad review automatically remove a provider?

No. RN should distinguish an allegation from a verified pattern. Severity, recurrence, available documentation, provider response, and routing history all matter. Certain serious safety, fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation reports may justify immediate temporary suspension.

Can RN block one provider without blocking the whole network?

Yes, when the routing system identifies the downstream provider. If only the upstream network is visible, RN may need to manage quality at the network or campaign level until more granular data is available.

What information helps RN review a complaint?

The provider or company name, phone number, property ZIP, date, job or invoice reference, and a factual description of what happened are especially useful.
