RN may receive compensation from participating businesses or networks when a call or referral meets applicable program criteria. RepairNowUSA takes the call and connects a provider. The provider does the work.

What RepairNowUSA does

RepairNowUSA is a publisher-side property-repair referral and connection platform. A caller can describe what is wrong without first knowing the trade. RN may use the repair type, location, urgency, time, provider or network availability, coverage, and other legitimate routing factors to identify an available connection path.

What RepairNowUSA does not do

RN is not the contractor performing the work and does not act as the independent provider's employer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, RN does not set the provider's price, inspect the completed work, supervise the job, guarantee credentials or workmanship, provide a warranty, administer an insurance claim, collect payment for the repair, or resolve service disputes.

Commercial relationship

RepairNowUSA may be paid by participating referral networks, call buyers, or service providers when a qualified call, referral, connection, or other agreed event occurs. Commercial arrangements may be one factor in determining which eligible participating route is available. Provider availability and program rules vary.

Provider relationship

Once connected, you decide whether to engage the independent provider. Any estimate, appointment, scope, contract, price, payment, warranty, license or insurance representation, repair result, or follow-up is between you and that provider. You should ask questions and evaluate the provider before authorizing work.

Call routing and recording

Calls may pass through telecommunications or routing providers and may be transferred to an independent provider or network. Calls may be monitored or recorded where permitted by law for quality, routing, compliance, training, security, or related business purposes. Additional notice or consent may be provided when required.

Availability and response time

RN does not promise that a provider is available in every location or at every time. RN does not promise same-day service, a specific response time, a particular price, or a particular repair outcome.

RepairNowUSA is not 911 or an emergency-response authority. For immediate danger, fire, a suspected gas leak, a medical emergency, a downed power line, structural collapse, or another life-safety threat, contact 911, the appropriate emergency authority, or the utility provider first.

No. RepairNowUSA is a referral and connection platform. The independent provider performs any inspection or repair work you authorize.

Can RepairNowUSA receive compensation for a referral or qualified call?

Yes. Participating networks, call buyers or providers may pay RN when an agreed referral, connection or other qualified event occurs.

Does a commercial relationship guarantee that a particular provider will be available?

No. Eligibility, coverage and provider capacity vary by location, repair category, time and program rules.

Who decides the repair scope, price and warranty?

Those terms are between you and the independent provider. RN does not set the provider’s estimate, scope, contract, payment terms or warranty unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Can a RepairNowUSA call be transferred to another company or network?

Yes. Calls can pass through routing or telecommunications systems and may be transferred to an independent provider or participating referral network.

Does RepairNowUSA promise same-day service or a specific arrival time?

No. RN does not guarantee same-day service, a response time, a provider, a specific price or a repair outcome.
