LOCATIONS & COVERAGE

Does RepairNowUSA serve my ZIP?

RepairNowUSA takes repair requests from anywhere in the U.S. through its national property-repair network. Enter the property ZIP to start a coverage request. Availability still varies by repair trade, timing, property type and participating-provider capacity.

City emergency repair pages

These city pages cover the emergencies each area sees most, the local utilities to call first, and contractor licensing checks. Provider availability is checked by ZIP code and type of repair when you call.

For any other location, call 833-877-1717 or enter the property ZIP. Availability is checked using the actual ZIP, repair category, property type and timing.

Start a ZIP coverage request

Enter the property ZIP code to carry it into the online Request Service form. This starts the coverage request; it does not promise that a provider is available.

Prefer to call? Give the ZIP code and describe what is happening: 833-877-1717.

How a coverage check works

Start with the property ZIP code, property type, observable problem, urgency and whether the work is residential or commercial. RN can then evaluate participating provider or network paths that match the trade and area. Availability can change by time of day, service type, provider capacity and the exact scope ultimately identified by the independent provider.

States and District of Columbia

Place the property ZIP code in one of these states or the District of Columbia, then run the ZIP check. The state name alone does not answer availability.

What can vary by location

Trade coverage

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, restoration, access, refrigeration and specialty services can have different provider footprints.

Urgency

After-hours, storm, disaster and same-day capacity can differ from scheduled-work availability.

Property type

Commercial, institutional, government and multi-site work may require credentials, insurance, equipment or onboarding beyond a residential repair.

Final scope

The provider may determine that the observed symptom belongs to another trade or requires an additional specialty.

A matched provider is still an independent provider

When a connection path is available, the independent provider remains responsible for its own identity, credentials, insurance, inspection, diagnosis, pricing, scope, scheduling, service terms and repair work. Customers and property teams should confirm those items before authorizing work.

What to expect during a ZIP-code check

The first step is classification: what happened, which property type is involved, whether damage or outage is active, and which system appears affected. The second step is coverage: whether a participating provider or network path is currently available for that trade and ZIP. The third step belongs to the provider: inspection, diagnosis, pricing, scheduling and repair scope. A coverage check is therefore not the same as a guaranteed dispatch.

Storm and surge conditions can change availability quickly

After hurricanes, freezes, floods, wind events or regional utility problems, provider capacity can change quickly. A connection that is available under normal conditions may not be available during a regional surge. For immediate life-safety threats, use emergency authorities and utilities first.

What “nationwide” means

RepairNowUSA accepts residential and commercial repair requests from properties across the United States. The property ZIP code is used to evaluate whether a participating provider or network path is available for the requested service at that time.

Can you submit a request from any U.S. ZIP? Yes. Does that mean every ZIP has a provider for every trade at every moment? No. Provider availability varies by service category, time, property type and current network capacity.

RepairNowUSA is a referral and connection service. Independent providers set their own service areas, inspection requirements, pricing, scheduling and work terms.

Check a property ZIP code
