Privacy Policy
Summary: RepairNowUSA uses information to respond to repair requests, route or refer calls to participating independent providers or networks, operate the website, receive non-repair contact messages, protect the service, and meet legal or compliance obligations. The website contact form is not a property-repair request channel. RepairNowUSA takes the call and connects a provider. The provider does the work.
Effective: September 20, 2026 · Updated: October 14, 2026
Information we may receive
Depending on how you use RepairNowUSA, we may receive information you choose to provide by telephone or through a participating service channel, such as your name, telephone number, property ZIP code or general location, the type of property, a description of the repair problem, urgency, and other details needed to understand or route the request.
If you use the non-repair website contact form, RepairNowUSA may receive the name, email address, optional telephone number, selected contact reason, message text, anti-spam response and ordinary technical information associated with the submission. Do not use that form for property repair requests or unnecessary sensitive information.
Our hosting, telecommunications, routing, security, or service providers may also process technical information that is ordinarily generated when a website is visited or a call is placed, such as IP address, browser or device information, date and time, requested pages, call metadata, routing events, or similar operational records.
How information may be used
- To understand, classify, route, or refer a property-repair request.
- To connect a caller or request with an independent provider, call buyer, referral network, or other participating service partner when appropriate and available.
- To operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website, telephone routing, and related systems.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse.
- To maintain business, quality, compliance, accounting, and dispute records where reasonably necessary.
- To comply with applicable law or a lawful request.
- To respond to non-repair website, business, corrections, accessibility, or other contact messages submitted through the contact form.
Repair-request consent certification
On residential and commercial repair-request pages, RepairNowUSA may use a third-party consent-certification service such as TrustedForm by ActiveProspect. The certification technology may record the repair-request page as presented and interactions with that page, such as form entries, clicks and submission events, and may issue a certificate URL documenting the lead event. RepairNowUSA may store or share that certificate with participating referral or service partners for consent, compliance, quality and lead-routing purposes. This certification is limited to pages where the technology is installed and is not used as behavioral advertising.
Call routing and recording
Calls may be routed or transferred to independent third parties. Calls may be monitored or recorded where permitted by law for quality, routing, compliance, training, security, or related business purposes. Additional notice or consent may be provided when required. If you continue with an independent provider after connection, that provider's own privacy practices may apply to information you give the provider.
Sharing
RepairNowUSA may share or make information available to participating independent providers, referral or call-routing networks, telecommunications vendors, hosting or security providers, professional advisers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the referral and connection service. RepairNowUSA does not sell personal information to advertisers for unrelated advertising purposes as part of the current website experience.
Cookies and similar technologies
RepairNowUSA does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies, and does not run paid advertising. The website does use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to measure aggregate site use, such as pages viewed and clicks on call or request buttons. Google’s advertising storage and ad-personalization settings are turned off for this site. RN also keeps a first-party log of website actions, such as a tap on a call button, together with the page, referring site and campaign parameters, and uses browser session storage to remember the page that led to a call during a single visit. Hosting and security providers may also use necessary technical logs to deliver and secure the service.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the site sets Google Analytics storage to “denied” for your visit. You can also block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operational, compliance, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal needs. No system can guarantee absolute security; RN uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.
Your choices and rights
You may contact RepairNowUSA to ask questions about information associated with your interaction or to exercise privacy rights that apply to you under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
Your privacy choices, including state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. RepairNowUSA does not sell personal information to data brokers and does not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. When you call or submit a repair request, we pass the details you give us to an independent provider or referral network so they can respond to the repair request you asked us to handle, and we may be paid for that connection. If you do not want your information passed on in this way, do not submit a request, or tell us on the call. You can also ask us to opt you out of any future disclosure, and we will honor a Global Privacy Control signal as described above.
How to make a request. Use the contact form and choose “Privacy request,” or email contact@repairnowusa.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us what you are asking for and the phone number or email address you used with us so we can find the records. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with proof that you authorized it. We aim to respond within 45 days.
Text messages. If a provider or RN sends you a text about your request, you can reply STOP to stop further texts.
Children
RepairNowUSA is a property-repair connection service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the service to solicit personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
The effective date above will be updated when a materially revised policy is published.
Privacy questions
Plain-language answers about information used for repair routing, website contact and ordinary service operation.
What information may RepairNowUSA ask for during a repair request?
RN may receive contact details, property ZIP code or general location, property type, the repair problem, urgency and other information needed to understand or route the request.
What information is collected through the website contact form?
The non-repair form can collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected contact reason, message and ordinary anti-spam or technical submission data.
Can repair-request information be shared with an independent provider or referral network?
Yes. Information reasonably needed to evaluate or complete a referral may be shared with participating providers, routing networks or service partners involved in the connection path.
Are calls ever recorded or monitored?
Calls may be monitored or recorded where permitted by law for routing, quality, compliance, training, security or related business purposes, with additional notice or consent when required.
Does the website use advertising cookies or analytics?
RN does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. The site uses Google Analytics 4, with Google advertising storage turned off, plus a first-party log of actions such as call-button taps. A Global Privacy Control signal turns analytics storage off for your visit.
How can I ask a privacy question about my interaction with RepairNowUSA?
Use the published contact path. RN may need to verify identity before acting on a request, and some records may be retained when permitted or required by law.
