Terms of Use

Am I in the right place?Yes if you need the terms that govern use of RepairNowUSA.com and the RepairNowUSA referral and connection service.
Is this urgent? These terms are not an emergency-response path. Immediate danger, fire, suspected gas leaks, medical emergencies, downed power lines, structural collapse, or similar hazards belong with emergency authorities or utilities first.
What do I do next?Read the terms before relying on the service. Any actual repair scope, estimate, appointment, contract, price, payment, warranty, credential, or service result is handled directly with the independent provider unless RN expressly states otherwise in writing.

Important: RepairNowUSA is a referral and connection service. It is not the contractor performing the repair, and it is not 911 or an emergency-response authority. The website contact form is not a repair request. Calls may be recorded where the law allows. RepairNowUSA takes the call and connects a provider. The provider does the work.

Effective: September 20, 2026

Quick answers about the RepairNowUSA referral service and the independent-provider relationship.

What service do the RepairNowUSA terms apply to?

They apply to the RepairNowUSA website and related referral and connection services used for legitimate property-repair and related information needs.

Does using RepairNowUSA create a repair contract with RN?

No. Any repair agreement is between you and the independent provider unless RN expressly states otherwise in writing.

Does RepairNowUSA guarantee that a provider will accept my request?

No. Connections depend on service type, location, urgency, participating coverage, network capacity and other operating factors.

Who is responsible for estimates, appointments, pricing and repair warranties?

The independent provider is responsible for its inspection findings, estimate, schedule, price, service agreement, warranty representations and repair performance.

Can RepairNowUSA guidance replace an on-site professional inspection?

No. Website information is general and cannot account for every property condition, code issue, utility hazard or site-specific factor.

What should I do when a property condition presents immediate life-safety danger?

Contact 911, the appropriate emergency authority or the utility first for fire, suspected gas, downed power lines, medical danger, structural collapse or another immediate life-safety threat.
