How RepairNowUSA handles your information
When you call or send a request, RepairNowUSA uses what you share to connect you with an independent provider or referral partner who may be able to help. This page explains exactly what is collected, who receives it and what we do not do. The Privacy Policy is the governing document.

What we collect when you call
- Your phone number (caller ID) and the time of the call.
- The menu option you choose, such as plumbing or water damage, and where available the general area associated with the number.
- Call routing details, such as which partner the call was offered to and how long it lasted.
- A recording of the call where recording is permitted by law. See the Referral & Call Disclosure.
What we collect when you use the online form
- The details you type: name, phone, optional email, property ZIP code, property type, repair category, urgency and your description.
- Your consent choice. The sharing checkbox starts unchecked, and we store the exact disclosure text you agreed to, the time and a consent ID with the request.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used for spam and duplicate prevention. The raw IP address is not stored in the request record.
- The page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, so we know which pages help people.
Who receives your information
Your request is shared only with independent providers or referral partners who may handle that kind of repair in your area, so they can contact you about it. RepairNowUSA may be paid by those partners when a call or referral qualifies; the Referral & Call Disclosure explains this. Hosting, telephone and routing companies also process technical data needed to run the service.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and when call or request buttons are used. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are set to denied by default on every page, so analytics data is not used for ad targeting by this site. Analytics is used to improve pages, not to build advertising profiles.
What we do not do
- We do not ask for payment card, bank or government ID numbers through the website.
- We do not publish customer reviews, ratings or testimonials, and we do not create them.
- We do not publicly list which partners receive calls or what they pay.
- We do not publish request details on the website.
Your choices and questions
You can call instead of using the form, leave optional fields blank, and decline the sharing checkbox (online requests cannot be sent without it, but calling remains available). To ask about information connected to your request, or to report unwanted contact, use Customer Care or the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Questions
Does RepairNowUSA record calls?
Calls may be recorded where permitted by law, for quality, routing, compliance and security. Partners who receive a transferred call may also record it under their own policies.
Is my phone number shared?
Yes, with the independent provider or referral partner your call or request is connected to, so they can help with your repair. It is not published on the website.
Is the consent checkbox pre-checked?
No. It starts unchecked. Online requests are only accepted when you check it, and the consent text, time and a consent ID are stored with the request.
Where do I report unwanted calls about my request?
Tell RepairNowUSA through Customer Care. We record the report and follow up with the partner involved.
