How to use this plan

Fill it in on screen, then print copies for your office, your maintenance team and a binder at the property. Nothing you type is sent to RepairNowUSA or saved by this page; it stays on your screen until you close it. Questions

Where is the main water shutoff usually located?

Usually where the water line enters the building: a basement, crawl space, garage, utility closet or near the water heater. In warm climates it may be outside near the foundation.

How often should we update the plan?

Whenever contacts, vendors or utilities change, and at least once a year, ideally with a walk-through of every shutoff.
